Motion Graphic Animation – Top 3 Countdown

The task of this student project was that each student had to showcase music videos in a MTV top 3 countdown. Furthermore, a new unique graphic identity for MTV had to be created, along with a more focussed identity for the countdown. I Chose the overall topic of dreams and focussed my countdown on mind places. Each composition shows an individual place in someone’s dreams, imagination and creativity. To support the surrealistic subjects of dreams, I did my compositions as collages with whimsical background music.

Die Aufgabe dieses Studentenprojekts bestand darin, dass jeder Student Musikvideos in einem MTV Top 3 Countdown präsentieren sollte. Außerdem musste eine neue, einzigartige grafische Identität für MTV geschaffen werden, zusammen mit einer fokussierten Identität für den Countdown. Ich wählte das übergreifende Thema Träume und fokussierte meinen Countdown auf „Mind Places“. Jede Komposition zeigt einen individuellen Ort, in dem Träumen, Fantasie und Kreativität eines Menschen. Um die surrealistischen Themen der Träume zu unterstützen, habe ich meine Kompositionen als Collagen mit skurriler Hintergrundmusik erstellt.
